Thoughts, memories, comments?	My first meeting with Tommy was many years ago thru little league. Phil my son was not the best player but Tommy and his Father always inspired Phil to do his best. I will always remember the family as one I always admired. Family is a very powerful word in our world today and they are living proof of the power of the word. It seems like just yesterday we were hanging out at josh's or at school having a good time. I noticed tonight all of the tension at your house, especially in your mother's eyes. It was as if everyone was holding something in and they were afraid to say it. Everyone misses you and your memories will always remain deep and never forgotten in our hearts. It is hard to believe it has been a year since our Lord took Tommy home, we sometime want to ask why,but we are not suppose to, he had his reasons.It has helped us to realize life can end as quick as the blink of an eye,I seem to cherish moments more, and I always want to let my sons know how much I love them.Tommy we think of you often and talk about you a lot,I bet you are rocking out up their with the best!I want to tell you your parents have done a beautiful job in keeping your memory alive, I'm sure you already know that.I didn't get to know you real good, when ever you came over to the house you were always a little shy,but we would always sit and listen to ya'll playing your music.Keep rocking,we love you and miss you. Thoughts, memories, comments?	Tommy, It's been a year today, and I still can't understand WHY. I don't think anyone will.You've been on our minds a lot lately.Little things remind us of you. Lance Armstrong winning the Tour De' France, had me recalling ,you channel surfing in the hospital,and you stopped when they were showing him, and you telling the nurse that he was winning.When I rememebered he was a cancer survior it gave me hope for you that you would make it.These storms lately,seeing the surfers thinking you SHOULD be out there enjoying the waves,Just the little things.I will never forget when your Mom called, I woke my daughter,and said Tommy's Mom just called..She broke out in a a cry I've never heard come out of her before.I didn't have to say the rest.Your friends have tried so hard to be there for your family,God Bless them, but anyone who was lucky enough to be real close with you, like my daughter, will never be able to fill the void.At your funeral everyone kept saying yur suffering had ended, I couldn't help but look at your family and know that their suffering had just begun , and there isn't anything anyone can do to make it better.I think that's the most heart breaking part of it all. You ARE so LOVED and so MISSED, it just seems like God made a mistake taking you from them,taking you from LIFE here. You will always be loved and deeply missed. Peace.

WE HAVE RECEIVED LETTERS REGARDING HOW TOMMY HAS EFFECTED THEIR LIVES AND WHAT ITS HAS MEANT TO THEM. Thoughts, memories, comments?	I have been putting off writing here for a long time. I come to this site and look at the pictures and read everyone's thoughts and nothing could honor Tommy more than the love and respect given to him by his family and friends. I love Tommy and I still can't believe he is gone. I lost my aunt a month ago yesterday and I haven't acknowledged the fact that she is gone. I guess it is the same way with Tommy..I still wait to run into him on his way to the beach with his surf board in tow. I realized reading everyone elses comments that he and my aunt aren't necessarily "gone" because they live so vibrantly through each and everyone of us. I hope Tommy knows that I thank God everyday for giving me the opportunity to know him. Mom and Dad V. I love you guys and take care. To the Crew...I'm friends with all of you but I will never know how hard it is for you and I am sorry I don't fully understand. IF TOMMORROW NEVER COMES If I knew it would be the last time that I'd see you fall asleep, I would tuck you in more tightly and pray the Lord your soul to keep. If I knew it would be the last time that I see you walk out the door, I would give you a hug and kiss and call you back for one more. If I knew it would be the last time I'd hear your voice lifted up in praise, I would video tape each action and word, so I could play them back day after day. If I knew it would be the last time, I could spare a minute or two to stop and say I love you , instead of assuming that you would know I do. If I knew it would be the last time I would be there to share your day, well I'm sure you'll have so many more, so I can let just this one slip away. For surely there's always tommorrow to make up for an oversight, and we always get a second chance to make everything right. There will always be another day to say our I love you's. And certainly there's another chance to say our Anything I can do's. But just in case I might be wrong and today is all I get, I'd like to say how much I love you and I hope we never forget, Tommorrow is not promised to anyone, young or old alike. And today may be the last chance you get to hold your loved one tight. So if you're waiting for tommorrow, Why not do it today? I myself did not know Tommy but have seen and heard the way that he affected Clayton and many of his friends.
